Fulton Ranch

Phoenix, Arizona’s real estate market has just gotten hotter! One of Phoenix’s well planned suburbs - just south of Mesa - called Fulton Ranch, is selling long awaited homes, town homes and condos at unprecedented rate. Even though the slowdown in the real estate market is making it more difficult to sell, Fulton Ranch is such a major project and planned with only luxury in mind, it is destined to be sold out. After all, there were well over a thousand very interested buyers in the grand lake community before it was completed.

Fulton Ranch, despite the economy and real estate madness, is located in such a sublime location that it is only a matter of time before its worth is discovered by a broader market. About six hundred single family homes priced in the four hundred to five hundred thousand with three hundred condos and over sixty fully customized homes to choose from.

Restaurants and retail shops are sprouting all over Fulton Ranch, as the expected population explodes. Fulton Ranch Towne Center and the Promenade at Fulton Ranch promises to be the perfect square for shopping and meeting neighbors. Towne Center is open now and has a Lowe’s, PETCO, Staples and many more stores. Opening in the fall, the Promenade will have AJ’s, Fine Foods, boutiques and restaurants.

Ira Fulton., the executive officer of Fulton Homes is building a seventeen thousand square-foot lakefront home. Model homes in a smaller scale of two thousand to about four thousand square feet are available, of course. Aegean Cove will have most of the custom homes that will range from three thousand to six thousand square feet and will cost over eight hundred thousand dollars. Unlike most luxury communities, Fulton Ranch will not have golf courses. Wonderful lakes, wide open spaces, natural fauna, shorelines and bridges will be the focus here. 

 While the market may not be as hot as it was when Fulton Ranch was initially planned, the future is as wide open as the great western sky. Few communities have the planning, luxury and natural beauty that is a permanent feature of Fulton Ranch. The Southwest has had luxury planned communities before but not one until now has simply concentrated on parkland that didn’t center on golf.
